Jennifer Sperber
Massage Therapist
Jennifer has been practicing the art of bodywork for 13 years. She is a graduate of Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, and remains active in continuing education to keep informed and learn new techniques.
Her sessions are shaped by the individual needs of each client. Sessions can be relaxation based or more therapeutic—each session she develops is unique to each person as she blends different techniques in to help bring back balance. Some of her techniques include acupressure, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and cranial sacral therapy.
Cranial sacral therapy restores balance by working with the amplitude, symmetry and quality of wave-like motion in places where the cranial sacral membrane barrier attaches to bones such as the skull, sacrum and tailbone. A restriction in one part of the cranial sacral system can affect the entire system, thus causing pain or discomfort in the body. Cranial Sacral therapy is a very gentle, yet deeply effective form of treatment. Clients generally feel a deep sense of relaxation, which naturally allows their inner physician to take over and promote self healing.
Jennifer looks forward to working with you on your journey to balance and wholeness.
